The sea gives generously to those who rise before dawn. Every morning our team meets local fishermen at the waterfront to select the finest catch of the day. What arrives at our kitchen is the freshest the Adriatic has to offer — whole fish, glistening with brine, destined for our open hearth.

This evening is a celebration of that simplicity. No embellishment beyond fire, sea salt from Nin, and the wild herbs of the Dalmatian hinterland. Each plate arrives as a direct expression of the day's waters — grilled to perfection, served whole, shared in the spirit of the Croatian konoba tradition.
